About Me

My photo
Ian Banyard - well-being Author & Nature Connection Guide/Trainer
Born at the beginning of the swinging sixties to parents who encouraged me to be a free thinker and explore life, I've endeavored to remain at the forefront of new ideas, concepts and advances in the field of psychology, human potential and personal development. In 1997 I made the most courageous decision of my life! I chose to stop trying to live my life based on the expectations and values of others and start to live my life based on my values and my expectations. Ten years on and I have faced overwhelming challenges from life and received exceptional support from inspirational teachers including my wonderful wife Penny and my Four amazing children, Joe, Sophie, Molly and Lacey along with special friends who know who they are. This combination of challenge and support enabled me to develop high levels of confidence in other people, confidence in the world around me, confidence in my future and most importantly. It has given me the confidence to be myself. I now dedicate my time and energy to helping others do the same whether in their professional lives through work, or in their personal lives.
